Refund Policy

At Agency Systems Reset, we create digital operating systems, diagnostics, templates, and advisory programs designed for immediate access and self-implementation.

Because of the proprietary nature of these materials and the instant access provided, refunds are limited and strictly governed by the terms below.

This Refund Policy is part of our Terms & Conditions and applies to all purchases made through agencysystemsreset.com or any authorized checkout link.


72-Hour Review Window (Limited Refund Eligibility)

For select digital products, we offer a 72-hour review window starting from the time of purchase.

During this 72-hour period, a refund may be requested only if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The request is submitted within 72 hours of purchase

  • The purchase is a first-time transaction for that product

  • The request is based on product fit after review, not on outcomes, results, or implementation progress

After the 72-hour window expires, all sales become final.

 

Products Covered Under the 72-Hour Review Window

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, the 72-hour review window applies only to:

  • Ultra Lite Kit

  • Templates, checklists, and SOP bundles

  • Diagnostics and automated scoring tools

  • Strategy guides, PDFs, and training materials

 

All Sales Final (No Refunds) – Outside the 72-Hour Window

After the 72-hour review period, we do not offer refunds, cancellations, partial refunds, or credits for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Agency Systems Reset OS

  • Ultra Lite Kit

  • Templates, checklists, and SOP bundles

  • Diagnostics, automated tools, and scoring reports

  • Strategy guides, PDFs, or training materials

  • 3–5 Day Reset programs

  • Deep dive sessions

  • Consulting, advisory, or implementation calls

  • Any future digital or hybrid products

Once access has been granted and the 72-hour window has passed, all purchases are non-refundable.

 

Chargebacks & Disputes

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You have reviewed the product description and understand what is included

  • You receive immediate access to digital content

  • Lack of implementation or lack of specific results does not qualify for a refund

  • Initiating a chargeback after the 72-hour review window constitutes a violation of these Terms

If a chargeback is submitted, we reserve the right to present:

  • Proof of delivery

  • Access logs

  • Timestamped fulfillment records

  • Order confirmations

to dispute the claim.

 

Technical Issues (Not Refund Grounds)

If you experience a technical problem accessing your files or tools:

  • We will assist you promptly

  • We will re-send access links or files

  • We will work with you to restore access

Technical issues do not qualify for a refund but will always be supported.

 

Unauthorized Distribution

Refunds will not be granted under any circumstance, including situations where:

  • The product is viewed, screenshotted, or shared by a team member or partner

  • Access is provided to a non-paying user

  • Your team misplaces files or credentials

  • Your business changes direction after purchasing

You are responsible for maintaining your own access credentials.

 

Transparency & Expectations

Our systems, templates, diagnostics, and operating frameworks are designed to improve clarity, workflow, and operational stability.

However, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, including:

  • Revenue growth

  • Client retention

  • Performance improvements

  • Team execution quality

Results depend entirely on your execution, team capacity, and implementation discipline.
