Quick answers
How do the monthly plans work?
You get the same hub, hosted by us and private to your account. Accept your invite, connect your ad accounts through a short guided setup, and you’re live within 24 hours. There’s no setup fee, no custom domain and no running costs on your side. We never ask for your passwords.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, anytime. Move up or down a tier as your roster changes.
What happens when I outgrow it?
Past 10 clients, a build is the better deal: a one-off setup you own, with no client limit. Your first month counts toward a build bought within 60 days, and your clients and history move into your own hub when you upgrade.
Can I cancel?
Yes, cancel anytime. There are no refunds for part-months.
Who owns my data?
Your hub stays private to your account, and your data moves with you into your own hub if you upgrade to a build.
Will my team have to change how they work?
No. The hub removes the hour of data-gathering every routine starts with. Buyers still audit their way, but they start from the answer: who’s off target, what changed and, on Strategy, what Mushie flagged.
How does store revenue work?
By default your team enters store totals in Settings, and every number shows its source, so platform revenue is never mistaken for real revenue. For live revenue, the client creates a read-only key in their own Shopify admin, which can be revoked in one click. Clients not on Shopify still work: MER falls back to Klaviyo or platform-reported revenue, always labelled.
What do my clients see?
Only their own results, through a read-only login or an expiring share link, plus any Change Log updates you choose to show. Internal notes and costs never show.
Is this an attribution tool?
No. It measures performance against real store revenue rather than modelling which ad gets the credit. For most clients, that’s the number they trust.
Why doesn’t the hub show campaigns and ad sets?
On purpose. The hub tells you which accounts need attention and why. The fix happens in the ad account, where you can see what a dashboard can’t: delivery issues, disapprovals and account warnings. One click takes you there. We’d rather your team investigate than skim.
Why doesn’t the hub manage the ads for you?
Two reasons. Judgement beats rules. An experienced media buyer reads signals no rule can capture: a spike that’s really a tracking glitch, a dip that’s just seasonal, a creative that’s tired before the numbers show it. Platforms have offered automated rules for years. If rules were enough, nobody would need a media buyer. And automation is now available to everyone, including your clients. If your agency’s value is automation, your clients can do it themselves. Your team’s judgement is what they can’t replace. So the hub tells your team which accounts need attention, and the call is still theirs.
Meta now connects to ChatGPT and Claude. Why do we need a hub?
A connector answers questions about one account when someone asks. The hub answers the question nobody has time to ask fifty times a day: which clients need us right now? It watches every account on every platform, checks results against real store revenue, and keeps every change and task with an owner. Connectors give your team access. The hub gives them focus.
Know every account like it’s your only one.

“We built it because we needed it.”
Our strategies always follow the same order: a performance audit first, then the brand and its competitors, then the plan and the creative briefs. Skip the first step, and everything after it is guesswork.
It’s also the step that takes longest. A proper performance audit runs around two hours per brand, and strategy, planning and briefs add at least another hour, every week. Factor in multiple platforms, with Meta, Google, TikTok and email each telling part of the story, and the complexity stacks. Most agencies struggle to do this for every client, every week, so they prioritise: the biggest accounts, the ones underperforming.
But prioritising only works if you know which accounts need you. The mid-size client whose results have been slipping for a week doesn’t make the list until they’re already unhappy. A dip nobody notices for a few days can become a client lost at month end.
And even the priority accounts get compromised. Media buyers are stretched across too many clients, so strategy runs on surface numbers and drifts toward the niche instead of the brand, and creative briefs get squeezed in at the end.
It’s no easier for whoever runs the team. With clients spread across media buyers, designers, editors and email, nobody can check every task, every change and every follow-up, so management turns into reacting. You only see what’s already on fire, and by then it’s the client telling you.
With the hub, every account is watched every day, so the priority list builds itself: which accounts need attention, which are fine, and which are about to become a problem. The performance audit is ready before we sit down, across every platform, along with the brand and competitor research, with only what matters surfaced. Every change and task sits in one place with an owner.
The thinking is still ours. It just has far more to work with. Our people spend their hours on strategy, not gathering, and our plans come out deeper, sharper and built for the brand. And we can see the whole roster without chasing anyone.
The math
Before / Now
| Before | Now | |
|---|---|---|
| Monitoring | Checked when something feels off | Every account, every day |
| Prioritising | By gut feel and whoever complains loudest | By what the data says needs attention, today |
| Performance audit | Only when an account is on fire | Ready before every weekly strategy, across every platform |
| Brand and competitor research | Hours per brand | Already done, signal only |
| Strategy | Rushed, broad, built for the niche | Planned in depth, built for the brand |
| Creative briefs | Squeezed in at the end | Built on what’s actually winning |
| Team oversight | Chasing updates, managing by crisis | Every account, task and owner in one view |
